Internet Service Provider
The Alaska Native Education Program (ANEP) web site and electronic mail is not managed by a third party Internet Service Provider (ISP). When you access the ANEP web site or transmit electronic mail to ANEP you, or your ISP, is connecting directly with the ANEP server.

Use of Information
The ANEP will only use personal information provided by users for the purposes for which it was collected.

Cookies
A Cookie will be stored on a user's computer when our web-site is accessed. This Cookie may be used as a "fingerprint" to monitor the number of times a user or customer visits our site. In addition, the ANEP server logs the following information:
- The date and time of the user's visit
- The address of the pages accessed and the documents downloaded

The above information is used only for statistical analysis or systems administration purposes. No attempt will be made to identify users or their browsing activities, except in the unlikely event of an investigation where a law enforcement agency may exercise a warrant.

E-mail Details
ANEP will only record an individual's E-mail address if they send us a message. It will only be used for the purposes for which the individual provides it, and will not be added to a mailing list unless the individual requests that this is done. ANEP will not disclose it without the individual's consent.

Security
Please note that, while all attempts are made to secure information transmitted to this site, there is a possibility that information (such as personal details, credit card numbers or other similar information) submitted could be observed by a third party while in transit.

Record Deletion
ANEP will remove personal information from its systems when it is no longer required (except in the case of archiving).
