1. Log on to the PolyCom as an Administrator
2. Right click on my computer
3. Select properties
4. Select hardware tab
5. Select Device manager
6. In the network adapters group there should be an Intel 100VE network adapter
7. Right click on the network adapter and select Properties
8. Select The Driver Tab
9. Select Update Driver
10. Select Next
11. Select Next (Leave default settings)
12. Make sure all the Boxes are unchecked (CD-Rom, Specify Location etc.) and Select Next
13. Select Next
14. Select Finish
15. This should install the drivers. (No restart is necessary)

After that the IP address will have to be set manually by Infotech
